Designed specifically for participants age 55 and older, this circuit training focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Guided by a trainer, you'll work at a leisurely pace with exercises suited to your abilities so you can keep moving safely and responsibly.

No, at this time we only offer lockers. This is where you can put your bag if necessary. We advise you to leave valuables at home as much as possible.
Of course we do have a toilet.

 Be sure to bring comfortable athletic clothing, athletic shoes, a towel and possibly a bottle of water. Towels are required to be used on all equipment.

If you are starting with fitness and would like an explanation you can schedule an appointment. You get a one-time schedule and explanation. If you want more schedules and more guidance then there are extra costs involved. Because this is customized, the costs vary.
