Welcome to Intens Fit! We are Cynthia and Remco de Olde, the proud founders of this gym in Ens.

For years we had a dream to set up our own gym-a place where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their fitness level. After hard work and with a lot of enthusiasm, we can now say that our dream has come true.

With Intens Fit, we want to create an enjoyable and accessible place for everyone in Ens and the surrounding area who wants to get fitter, stronger and healthier.

Intens Fit is all about personal attention and a friendly atmosphere, where you can pursue your goals without pressure or obligations. We're here for you with guidance and advice, whether you're just starting out in sports or already experienced!

You can ask your questions during staffed hours, but in addition you can call or email!

Do you have locker rooms?

No, at this time we only offer lockers. This is where you can put your bag if necessary. We advise you to leave valuables at home as much as possible.
 Of course we do have a toilet.

 Be sure to bring comfortable athletic clothing, athletic shoes, a towel and possibly a bottle of water. Towels are required to be used on all equipment.

If you are starting with fitness and would like an explanation you can schedule an appointment. You get a one-time schedule and explanation. If you want more schedules and more guidance then there are extra costs involved. Because this is customized, the costs vary.
